Eligibility for One-Time Purchase Refunds and Returns 
- You may request a refund or return within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
- We will accept products that are unopened and unused.
- Product(s) damaged during the shipping process are eligible for refund.

 
Eligibility for Subscription Cancellation/Refunds and Returns 
- 30 days notice must be given to cancel subscriptions.
- If 30 days notice is not given, your product will be shipped. You will have the option to request a refund minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. 


Requesting a Refund or Return
To initiate the refund or return process please take the following steps.

- Please provide order number, name, email address, and phone number.
- Brief description of reason for return request.
- Our customer service team will walk you through the steps of getting your refund and return in process.


Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return product(s), we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution policies.
